INGREDIENTS
1/2 container (2,5oz – 70g) of Fresh Attitude prewashed baby spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup 125 ml of plain yogurt
1 cup 250 ml of strawberries
1 cup 250 ml of mango
3/4 cup 180 ml of almond milk
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
TIPS
Workout upgrade: Add 1/2 cup of your favourite protein powder.
I feel like a milkshake, but I still want be healthy, upgrade: Add 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
