1. In a bowl, mix together spices to make the cajun seasoning.
2. Heat the olive oil at medium heat in a pan. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, turning them halfway.
3. While the shrimp is cooking, combine the ingredients for the cilantro lime dressing in a blender.
4. Combine the Fresh Attitude San Marino mix and baby spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and mango in a serving bowl. Top with dressing and toss until well mixed. Top with cooked shrimp, lime juice and enjoy!
